Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Please allow 3 TO 4 business days for processing 

Priority Domestic Shipping is 3-5 business days Insured

USPS International Shipping 7-10 Business Days.

 

 **Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for any shipping delay due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays or weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is automatically calculated based on your location and Depending on the shipping provider you choose prior to submitting your payment information.

 

SHIPPING CANCELLATIONS AND REFUSALS

For any shipments returned to us due to address, refusal up delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping fee and handling charge of 25% of your order total

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

    STORE CREDITS ONLY Absolutely NO REFUNDS!!!

 

All unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with the original tag intact

for store credit only!! (Excluding undergarments and accessories)

A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all return items.

Items must be returned with all labels intact and be free of stains, damages, and/or odor
(Smoke, etc.). We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn,
or soiled. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

Customers are solely responsible for any returned fees unless the return is a result of
our error (Incorrect or defective item etc.)

Customer is responsible to inspect the items upon arrival

 

IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY DO NOT SEND IN PACKAGE WITHOUT SPEAKING
WITH A REPRESENTATIVE FOR PROPER HANDLING. 

 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

Non-returnable merchandise includes sale products, formal gowns, swimwear, undergarments, bodysuits, and accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear

We make it our priority to inspect all our items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely to leave our store. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed within 4 to 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. 

 

We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages, All Priority Mail packages are shipped with tracking confirmation. In the event of a lost package, the customer must file a claim directly with USPS and is not the responsibility of DMcouture77

 

RETURN ITEMS MUST INCLUDE:

  • Original tag or packaging

  • A copy of the invoice received

  • Return form, including the reason for return
